Traffic Rant...

So, perhaps I didn't have enough coffee this morning before starting my hour-long trek to work...or maybe I just woke up and decided to wear my cranky-pants today...but more than likely...NO ONE FREAKING KNOWS HOW TO DRIVE ANYMORE! It's called rush hour for a reason, people! Most people are trying to get to work on time...or maybe they're already late...and yet you feel the need to be texting...or reading...or playing with your friggin zipper? Who knows?? But looking down at your lap for an exceptionally long extended period of time and allowing a space the length of a football field to open up in front of you so that everyone who isn't unlucky enough to be stuck behind your sorry behind can zoom on in there while I'm stuck looking at you looking down is just not acceptable. If you're not ridiculously old...or dead...there should never, ever, EVER be a reason you're head should be down for that long! (And if anyone suggests that perhaps they just fell asleep, I just might cry...because as far as I can tell, that's a big no-no as well!)

Yeah, I'm talking about you stupid Gray Honda Accord!

And then, when I'm actually stealthy (lucky) enough to get out from behind your big 'ole rear, you have the NERVE to look at me like I'm the one with issues!

Faithing It...

The devil is on overtime right now...my faith is being tested exponentially these days! It is a constant struggle to hang in there and know that God will provide...but...He is AWESOME...and continues to provide for me. It may take a little bit...He seems to like to make sure my faith is strong and sure before He actually provides...but He always does! Praise God for the wonderful things in my life!

Hanging On...

Or...perhaps instead...that knot is actually a noose around your neck...but I'm stubborn...so I still consider that hanging on!! Here's to everyone "hanging on"...no matter what method you choose!

What a Concept...

This just about says it all! I'm going to do what needs to be done to get through each day and NOT WORRY so much! God will provide the solution when he thinks I'm ready!

Need a Home...

I find myself still looking for a good home for my two lovely cats! They have recently been banished to the garage...which I felt was still a better choice than taking their chances at the pound! I'd love to find a home for them together, but it's not mandatory. I'll even throw in a starter supply of food and litter!

They're both approx. 9 to 10 years old, healthy, calm and loving, de-clawed, neutered, and litter box trained.

The black cat (Kit) is super friendly, gets along with dogs and all members of the family. You'll almost always find him in your lap or winding around your legs.

The gray cat (Scooter) is a bit more independent and reserved. He does not do well with dogs or small children. He won't hurt anyone...he'll just run and hide until the coast is clear!

I would really love to find a good home where they will be loved, pampered, and played with. If you or someone you know is willing to take one or both in as part of their family, please let me know!

What It's All About...

I find myself at any given time with a myriad of "random" thoughts and ideas...a seemingly endless supply of entertainment from one day to the next. I blame the ADHD!
